Christine Cheylan's expertise
In 1996, Christine Cheylan returned to the family estate of Château Virant. Its mission is then to create olive oil from the mill.
The same year, the judgment is final, it is a shower of gold medals which rewards the oils of Château Virant.
Emblematic figure of the profession, Christine is vice-president of the AOP olive oil unions Aix en Provence and Provence, Chevalier des Compagnons de l'Olivier du Pays d'Aix, President of the international olive oil competitions in Shanghai, Montreal and Toronto.
Because her recognition is international, Christine Cheylan advises olive growers around the world.
The major marketers also call on its expertise to validate the quality of their products.
