Delivery costs and times
Delivery costs are calculated by an integrated calculator. Delivery is free for any purchase of $200 or more before taxes for private customers and $400 or more before taxes for professional customers. The delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the products ordered and the carrier's delivery time.
Product Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept product returns under the following conditions:
1. Return period:
You have a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the product(s).
2. Condition of the product:
The product must be returned in its original condition, new, unopened, unused and undamaged, with all its original accessories and packaging.
3. Terms of return:

4. Refund:
We will refund the returned product within 14 days of receipt of the returned product at our premises. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
