They are cooked in an artisanal way, in an open cauldron, with pure cane sugar, a little lemon juice and fruit pectin.

The recipes are free from additives, preservatives, colorings, artificial flavors, or GMOs. Quality and naturalness are a priority!

This natural composition gives jams the "Clean Label" label thanks to the use of whole fruits and 100% natural and healthy products of very high quality.

The production is done in Provence and the fruits come from the Mediterranean basin and have perfectly traced origins.
